Unauthorised cut of a/c balance

I am using bsnl prepaid connectin with this no. 94264 44497. for the

last two months my balance was cut by Rs. 60 monthly so complaint about this in customer care. compaint no. is RA2301563 & IA0517177. but problem continues till today no messages from company about this.

i want to stop this unauthorised cut of from my balance

Plz solve this
