BSNL Portal and online topup ineffective

Hi Sir/madam,

BSNL recently launched the BSNL Portal through which the recharge and top-up of prepaid mobiles is possible. Its a really useful venture for the likes of me who havent got the time to recharge the mobiles from a recharge outlet and prefer to stick to a prepaid connection just because i have been using it for the past 8 years or so. But to my dismay the service when used to recharge/top up your mobile requires you to wait 24 hrs or more to get recharged. and adding on to my dissappointment the customer care executives who frankly manage to do away with the customers have no hesitation in the fact that it would take 24 hrs or even more to recharge the mobile.

I also registered a complaint against the same throught the portal where in the comlaint ID 14104330905020001 has been pending since long. I have been thinking of long to migrate my mobile service provider to the better private companies and one of these days i would really do it and also suggest others to follow. this was as my ultimate resort of getting this thing done.
