Call centre not attending to complaint

I sent SMS for activation of Excel Power service on my mobile No.9470837830 on 21st December and received the reply through SMS immediately confirming receipt of request. But since then the service has not yet been activated. I talked to the call centre two times and they assured that the service would be activated shortly. But nothing happenned so far. For the last 15 days I am trying to connect to the call centre but the line is always found busy. Kindly try to activate the dessired service at onece.
