BSNL hasn't changed my plan to Saral from Anant even after sending 2 SMSs

BSNL hasn't changed my plan to Saral from Anant even after sending 2 SMSs...

my ph no is 9433758048 & I called BSNL call center and they asked me to send a SMS to 53733 "CHGPLN ANANT TO SARAL"...

in the last couple of days I have sent this SMS twice & I'am still waiting for a reply via SMS from BSNL that my plan has been changed.

I called their call center several times & no one took any ownership or provided me any solution, all they asked me to do is wait...

well I have already waited for more than a week now...

any help is welcome...
