Non receipt of Talktime on mobile

I have requested for BSNL prepaid mobile recharge of Rs. 1000 on 03.02.2009. and made the payment from my ICICI account online but talktime is not credited yet in my mobile upto 05.02.2009. The details of payment made by me are as under.
