myself Dr Mukesh Rana, Kanpur, UP having bsnl prepaid connection no-9450651725 having complain that on 19th march at 9 am i recieved a call from the no-9453064744, he was complaing that i have called him around 11:15 in the night of 18.03.09 afterthat i checked my balance it was 0.05 rs, as it was 10rs balance in the night.i got 2nd call from 9005283418 nd he was having same complain.i was trying to contact customercare nd as usual the reply was this no does not exist.so kindly consider my problem.
