BSNL Prepaid (Student plan)
Billing Problem

I, Prabhat Kr Mishra, Subscriber of bsnl prepaid service in Jharkhand Telecom Circle, having problem with the billing. In Roaming it deduct 1.75 (Incoming) & 2.40 (Outgoing). Local call 1.50 & STD 2.00.

But now a days almost all mobile operator offer call at .50 /min. Its too much for us. When I address the prob to the office they didnot provide any solution.
