Complaint regardng BSNL customer care

Hi,

My name is Sophia and my number is 9530647480 I am using a BSNL number

On 20th march my balance of rs.30 have deducted from my number for a voice chat service which I haven’t activated. I have called on same date on customer care to complaint regarding the same. They guided to call me after 24hrs as information was not updated. So I called next day. They again guided me to call after 48hrs. then on next day I talked with their team leader he said information is not updated call after some time and disconnected my call without any information

Then on 26th march I again call to customer care regarding the same issue they have disconnected the call again.

I just want to tell u that I haven’t activated the service on my number and even I haven’t got any right information regarding the same from customer care. And even on 24th march I again got message of rs.15 deduction for the same service.
