Dear sir,

While working on my B.B. connection it is observed for the last seven days even if the connection is properly made, when I start browsing I get the signal "cannot find server " and I cannot open any website. It is occurring frequently for the last week. I request you to please take the cognizance of this complaint and correct the same.
