Recharge credit not received

Dear Sir,

I have recharged my mobile number 9429350982 by Rs.300/(I have paid Rs.300 31 service charge)

on 21/03 at 6.57 pm through Bharuch Telcom authorised Agent-Akshar Telecom & Marketing Agent, Ankleshwar. But till time (24/03 3:15 pm) I am not received the credit. I also approched the customer care and they told me that no intimation is received.

Kindly check the same and do the needful.
