Contectivity problem

Subject: I can not connect the internet connection.

Dear Sir,

I have been using sancharnet internet (Dial up connection) since last 3 years. but last one week we can not connect the internet from ny dial up connection.

For this purpose I have contacted to the intenet office of Bharcuh and he told me this problem is running in all over i

So I request you to please avail the proper guidelines and starte my dial up connection.
