BSNL

Sub Tel No2500276 is dead since last 15 days

Dear Sir

This is to inform you that after sevral complaint No (5628, 5119, 6101, 1d696) there is no response from BSNL local office. WE surprised that after complaint no body is bother about services. If we dely in making payment then immly line get disconected. Our complaint is pending since last 15 days about dead telephone line.

The MTNL services are better that BSNL at least next day the complaint get attended. Here no body lineman has even show his face. Please see how you will improve your best services to your customer.

and get the above telepohone alive.

Rather I thought to take Brod Band on above line but such poor services from your department I turn my thought.
