Telephone and Broadband connection transfer (house shifted) - Not solved since one month

Sir,

I had requested for transfer of my phone and broadband connection (080-26585363) on 14th March 09. The transfer request is from JP Nagar II phase to Kundanahalli, Bangalore. The connection had been cut promptly by JP nagar branch. But till now it was not reconnected at my new address in Kundanahalli since one month. Repeated requests/visits to BSNL office in Kundanahalli branch are in vain.

Request you to kindly arrange for reconnection as soon as possible.
