Sir, my telephone no.2291788 (nagpur bsnl) is deat since 31.10.09. this is not for the first time everymonth 3 to 4 days it is u/s. main reason is the overhead cable is connected through the terrace / live tree. sometime it is broken by the children while playing. After complain, the lineman again connect in the same way. PLEASE do some permanent remeady. thanking u. the telephone no is in the name of my wife smt.kalpana behera
