Sir,
Delivery of monthly Telephone bills is being in-ordinately delayed over 3 weeks.
In my case, the bill date is 8th of each month, but the same is delivered to me on 20th or 21st of the month, and I am required to clear the bill by 26th of the same month. This has been going on for the past several months.
Earlier, the bill was delivered within one week of the bill date.
Kindly, look into this BILL DELIVERY aspect.
