I am Adapa Sudhakar from Kakinada, I have taken mobile connection from BSNL Vennela Package
eventhough I have recharged my sim, my connection was not activated yet, though I informed to the employees in BSNL office at Kakinada, they answerd me that it would be activated within one day, I met 4 times to the officials of the Department, my sim was not activated yet, I was recharged on 7/09) being a business person mobile is essential for me without my mobile connection i am not able to do any business, I lost 4 days of my business,
So I request your kind honour to take proper action against BSNL customer care, for which act of kindness I shall be grately thankful to you Sir
