Bsnl wll 1x data card
Very Poor And Slow Service

Dear Sir,

BSNL Jharkhand-Jamshedpur.

I am goutam karmakar residence in Jamshedpur, jharkhand.

My nearest bsnl exchange manifit exchage and its tower is visible form my house.

I use 1x WLL data card from 9 month ago. WLL number is 2908311.

Its surfing and download speed regularly decrease. Some time it is totally tortoise for log days.

I am middle class family and using net for business purpose.

Broadband service is very costly for me for 24 hour service.

Please correct my problem and increase speed
