BSNL Landline is not working

My BSNL landline is dead since last 6 days and despite giving complaint nobody is looking after it.

This comes under Pune Yerwada telephone exchange for Dhanori region.

My landline number is 020 27171145

and complaint no. is 001064 dtd 21-07
