I am eldeco flat holder here charge higher than agreed amount they do neithr make swimming poll nor shopping mall they take us one time maintnance charg one lac&say that they will do maintenance by that interest but now they want more maintenance charg & more fuel charges & not give account for expences, they dont care any things there is very dirty at parking roads are very rough please chek this
