I am very surprise that I was not allotted even one share when my hard earned money remained with the company for over 30 days.

There was no over-subcription, no lottery in allotment, No reason why the lead manager is giving for non-allotment with 2500 shares applied one can surely expect firm allotment of atleast 100 shares.
