Bus # 304 from Santacruz Depot
Irregular BUS timing (Bus # 304 from Santacruz Depot)

Hello,

I have been a regular commuter of your bus # 304 which leaves from Santacruz Bus Depot at 9:13 AM in the morning. Now since more than a Week, I have observed that either this bus comes late (30-40 min late) or doesn't come at all. Earlier it used to leave the bus depot on time.

This is creating lot of problem for me and my fellow commuters. I have asked some BEST officials, one gentleman said it might be because of Less work force. I don't know how to react to this.

So request you to kindly take this matter seriously and resolve the issue as early as possible.
