I was issued icici business card in Nov07. I had utilized it only for buying a Health policy from ICICI Lombart
First 4-5 months from the date of issue of card i was recieving yr statments regularly well before the due date
Then yr statements started delaying but i was depositing amt in round figures. I had complained at local customer care and complained for not recieving the statement and late fees& other charges, always told by yr executives they are looking the matter & revert back. Some time back yr DSA inform me smart pay scheme I deposited Rs 1500.00 &inform local c, care again i was told they are sending me 2 or 3 EMI shedule which till date i have not recd. I recd yr calls from Mumbai & explained my problem to yr executive
He assured that he is waiving late fees other charges enabling me to clear total amt due. But problem is still there i have not recd any positive response. You check my account Ihave not used the card except yr
ICICI Lombart Health Policy whose Annually premium is app Rs7000.00.i was regularly depositing amt more than yr min amt. I can only pay you the principal amt and interest on that Why should I pay you unnecssary charges. So again I request you to waive all the late fees you are charging due to yr lack of services.waive these all charges I will clear my total outstanding in one shot and return yr card with a lot of thanks
