Society Secretary giving me & family a lot of Mental & Physical Troubles

Query on: Allowed Computer/IT & Related Businessess from residential Flat in society?

Dear Sir/s,

I have Purchased a new Residential Flat in a Society last 2 years back

Still the Society Secretary has not given me my Share Certificate till date.

I have a small 1RK Residence Flat in a Society. I want to business

owing to that fact of Recession, Lack of Money to New Office Purchasing, etc.

Society Secretary is giving lot of mental & physical disturbances since last 2 years.

My Question :-

Since I am in IT / IT Security Field -

Can I do my Computer / Cyber Crime Investigations / CyberLaws Consultation here?

OR What type of business / consultancy is permitted from residenntial flat in society?

ALONG WITH ME & MY FAMILY STAYING HERE FOR 24 HOURS as per the LAW?

Facts :-

I have Noticeboard, Furniture (Table for Computer, Chairs, Cupboards) alongwith

Gods Temple, Child's Book Rack, ShowCase, TVtuner Card with PC for watching TV, in Hall,

,

Bed in my Bedroom, Cylinders & related material in my Kitchen. We are here for whole day & night.

We stay here for last 2 years since purchase alongwith my wife & family members (4)

A lot of people do business @ home, how & why?

& which IT & related businessess are permitted from residential flat in Society?

I am not residing on Ground Floor, Please guide me
