Service negligence in net banking

I have transferred some amount through net banking of ICICI bank on 24/3 to one of my vendor. the next day the amount was returned from my vendors account. when my vendor approached his bank at corporation bank, canning street branch he found that the reason behind the refusal was due to the wrong account number entered in neft from icici bank. when i checked my records in my user id and corp id from icici bank net banking website, i found that the account number was correct. i called the phonebanking of icici bank to know the reason for refusal. the executive told me to approach the branch to find it. i send an email to [email protected] explaining them the whole situation and tried to pursuade them to close my account. when i received their reply, to my surprise, i got the procedure of the account closure formalities but not a single line about the reason for the refusal of the payment. i am very much annoyed by the behaviour of icici bank and request you to kindly take a strict action against this.
