One of my business associate sent me a contract which was sent on 5th of april from hyderabad with courier number HYD20344499. This contract was suppose to reach me on 7th of April. The packet contained a contract which I had to sign and send it back to the company scanned in order to get the contract. The packet reached delhi on 6th of April and the company never delivered the packet to me, they even didnt bothered to call me to inform me about my packet. On 11th of april my business associate told me that I have lost the contract as they never received the signed documents back, I informed from the Professional Courier company and I was told that they could not find my address and hence could not deliver the packet, The question here arise is what they were doing from the past 6 days, They never called me to inform me that my packet was pending with them and they could not deliver it.
The final and core point is that I was suppose to get a packet from hyderabad which was my mistake that I booked it via your company instead of some responsible and reputed company like Fedex or Bluedart.
I was suppose to receive the packet on 7th and sign it and send it back to the client on 8th of April but due to carelessness and irresponsibility of your company I could not receive the packet well on time.
The packet contains some important documents along with my Contract with a company and as I was not able to sign the contract due to delay, I lost the business.
So your company will have to compensate me for that loss.
The contarct value was 10, 500 which now professional courier company would have to pay me, also there must be a heavy fine imposed on the company for such irresponsible behaviour. What if the packet contained some urgent medicine for the patient, the patient would have died due to the carelessness of the courier company and such sort of carelessness should not be tolerated at all.
