My name is mamatha. I reside at prakashnagar. I dosn't know how to approach you. I recieved falt water billing for one year from december to november. even after minimum usage of water only 2 persons we were reciving bill more than Rs 500/-, we asked the staff of water department they are not ready to agree to it. We know the usage limit. please help us how to retrieve the amount from them.
