SEWEDGE OVERFLOWING.. ALL TOILETS BLOCKED

To

From

Suraj Pearson, On behalf of all residents Artillery Road, Ulsoor, BANGALORE - 08

Respected Sir,

Subject: Drainage and Water crisis.

This letter is to inform you regarding the drainage and water crisis in above mentioned area for the past 2 months.

I have noticed that the Ulsoor area has the maximum complaints against the BWSSB, I would suggest someone look into this matter and show some results. The attitude of most of the employees in this office is worst than talking to the wall. All complaints just go to the drain.

Firstly, The drain on this road has been blocked from the past 2 weeks, several complaints on phone have gone to deaf ears. I have also given a written complaint, but no action has been taken. With the toilets overflowing with drain water do the BWSSB expect us to do are nature calls on the road?

My compliant number is 148. I have even spent several hours at the local BWSSB office waiting for them to get someone to help me since the person in-charge was not in office, but after waiting for 2 hrs the concerned person comes and promises me that he would send someone, but still no one has showed up.

The area is stinking, which i am sure would lead to some kind of disease.

Secondly, Its been more than 6 months since we got even a single drop of water through BWSSB connection. We have given several complaint to local engineer. We have given several complaints to the Chairman's office. But no action has taken from the respective authority.

Hope from here you can identify the problem. I seriously think BWSSB should look into this Ulsoor area and take some strict action. Only then would Ulsoor become a better place to live in.

Thanking You
