Dear Sir
From last 10 days we are struggling as the sanitary pipe as Nohastreet is got block and all dirty water is floaing on the road. We have given no of calls to the our local BWSSB office (22945191) every time it enagage or even they pickup they say we will send them. As we had got fed up of them we personally visited the office and asked them to come with but they denied saying they will caome after some time. Anyways they came the next day and they just made the water to go and they did not clean it and they said we can do this much only we are not able to clean it and they went away. Till today all the roads are blocked due to the dirty water. Each time they come they have taken 100's of rupees from us.
Sir i kindly request you to pls send some personal and clear this. We are really in a very bad position.
