Since last 8 months the water supply in Kaveri Layout 2nd Cross is very irregular. At times there is not water supply for 5-6 days continuously. The other times when water comes there is no pressure in the water supply. There is no fix timing for the water supply if at all it comes. We don't how many liters or hours every day BWSSB is supposed to supply the water and at what time. We have made complaints to all the officers - Venu Gopal, Gopal Gowda and Uchaiyya repeatedly number of times but no acion has been taken by these officers. We have met Mr B T Raju [ EE] last month in Water Adalat and made complaint to him. After that water was coming regularly for 15 - 20 days. Here I would like to mention that only Mr B T Raju was the only officer who was ready to listen to our complaints. After that again the water supply has become irregular. Every day we are making calls to all these officers but all our complaints are falling on deaf ears. Sometimes they will send the water tanker. But the water tanker people ask for money to give appropriate amount of water. Otherwise they will give only few buckets of water which not sufficent even for one time of daily needs. There is no proper way of registering the written water supply complaints and no acknowledgement is given when complaint is made either in person or over telephone. So there are no records of the same. When we ask why in last 8 months the water supply problem has started the officers give different answer every time.[ Valve man of other area is closing the valve, there is no pressure inthe main water pipe line etc etc]. Action should be taken againt inefficient officers who are indifferent to the complaints and proper water supply should be restored for Kaveri Layout.
