My name is vaibhav gupta and my mobile no is 919867141202.
my problem starts from 18th december where i requested with customer care to deactivate my Mobile office GPRS services. I was informed that request has been taken and a refrence no. was provided to me.
But then starts the problem on a daily basis at 5.30pm everday Rs.14.99 is deducted in the name of VAS (value added services). With this problem i rushed with Airtel gallary at Bhayander and showed my handset t o the executive who informed me that it is a technical error from there server and would be rectified in 24working hrs. A complain was taken for the same and executive named miss sheetal forwarded a mail to the technical department.
The following day (21st dec) I received a refund of Rs30 and was informed that GPRS was partially deactivated and now they have comletely deactivated it.
However this was not an end to the problem as the charges were deducted everday even then on an ongoing basis.
I have made endnumerous complains whereby each time i was informed that there is some technical error with the account and it would be rectified in 24hrs.

I am now completely frustated with this as everyday they are charging me RS.15 for nothing and not providing any solution to this problem. I dont know whatelse i can do to stop this problem.
PLZ help!!!
