this is with reference to the payment made (rs.7707/-) against statement received, we would like to inform you that we had dropped cheque (details mentioned below) at wellingkar college branch matunga (east) on tuesday i.e 6th 0ct 2009.

cheque number - 646565 (indian bank - prarthana samaj branch), dated - 1/10/09, amount - 7707/-,

but till today the amount is not debited from our account. can you let us know like who is going to bear the late payment fee or cheque stop payment fee if required to be done from our end.
