After 2 month we not received any other gift

I had placed one order to M/s India today book club at 25th sep. 2009 for 10.2 M.P. C-180 Kodak Camera. I had received that but I can’t received any more gift like 1, 12 nos. books (best sealer kit) 2, 3 nos. CDS (Britannica encyclopedia) 3, 4 GB Memory Card, 4, 2 night & 3 Days holiday package 5, return air ticked to me & my family which is given by you & promise by your seals executive that is below here. & your seals executive said me my all call was recorded so please check that call & give me reply. I already send 5 to 6 mail to your department but I have not received any reply from your side.

Your executive Mr. Samir Sarma give me other offer & I buy that offer for give a gift to my friend. Sir I buy total 7 set of Kodak camera. & that all set’s payment given by me from my credit card. But now today I can’t receive any more reply from your side. So please inform me about this all think. Sir now I wont final reply from your side then I will take other action.

please give me final dicision & reply me what can i do for this metter.
