Lne dead for more than 20 days

My landline Telephone Line of Calcutta Telephones is dead for more than 20 days. I have first docketted my complaint under No. G3580 but without my line being repaired, this docket No. was deleted. I again docketted complaint under No. G7952 but the line still remains dead.
