Advance taken by false committments

Dear Sirs,

I was invited by Cambay Spa and Resorts at their Gurgaon office on 30th Aug. The company representative provided me the details of their membership that made me believe that if I chose their blue membseship, I can enjoy stay at their resorts by intimating 21-30 days in advance. I paid them Rs.12878/- by credit card and agreed for an EMI of Rs.3000/- per month for 24 months.

Subsequently I was informed that I can enjoy the stay only during selected seasons and my EMI is Rs.3466/-.

Since I was provided false information I applied for refund of my advance. The company representative has denied the refund.
