Work against payment not release

Construction & Design Services U.P. Jal Nigam Unit-25, Aligarh

i have worked for this company since 2008 at the contractual basis as computer balance sheet and monthly account data entry work. but i have only receive 5000.00 (five thousand only) yet and pending is Rs. 46000.00 (fourty six thaousand only) which paying date was june but i have not recieve any amount from company site. except 5000.00 only. kindly take action on this issue.
