Nri a/c money transfer delay

I had sent a sum from yemen on 4th oct.2008.today on 10th oct.2008 i called to the bank and come to know that they didnt recieve the money. i have the nri a/c (no.58590) at canara bank wadakkanchery branch at thrissur dt.kerala, india.pin 680582. i sent the amount by yemen gulf commercial bank.

in my application to open the nri a/c, i gave my email id to the bank. can i get the emai id of the same branch to contact them.
