Money was not transferred to beneficiery account

Hi,

I have made online transaction from my HDFC account to my mom's Canara Bank account on 20th Aug. But still now, the money is not transferred to my mom's account. When I asked Canara Bank where my mom having account, they cooly said they didn't recieve any funds to the account. When I asked HDFC bank helpdesk, they said money was transferred to beneficery bank and shared the RBI Transaction Reference no: HD0823302109.

I just want to know, where is the money and how to get my money asap.
