Highly irresposible behaviour on the part of the Bank in Mysore, Nazarbad Branch.without verifying the Manager sent me packing by telling me that they are yet to receive the new card-the old card was giving me a lot of problems so I had surrendered it 3 months ago.when I was on my way to Blore the manager is gracious enough[pun intended] to call me and asks me to collect the card as he had not verified it earlier when I had visited the branch for this very purpose.

There is no reply from the customer cell of the Bank either.

I am disgusted.
