Worst customer service

My father passed away last feb 09 and i tried to approach the bank to claim the money (He has the account in canara bank - Mattuthavani branch Madurai), but they did not have that claim form after two days struggle i got it from tallakulam branch then i went to the bank to collect the procedures to fill the form. But there were no proper response from the staffs so i went to the manger the next day and i followed his words, and got the signature from a gazetted officer and the acc holders of that branch., with putting lot of effort for one week, then i approached the bank then they were no proper response for one week.

At last i got the manager appointment, now they are saying the signature must be from another gazetted officer not from the acc holder. This is entirely conflicting with their previous advice.i working in a private concern and i got 15 days leave. Till now i did not get any proper response from the bank. So this is the customer service of mattuthavani canara bank branch in Madurai.
