Canara Bank
Amount debited but cash not received due to power failure

I Had used the canara bank atm as the sbi bank atm had no cash and i was in need of cash very urgent, all the process had been done but before the cash could come there was a power failure and the canara bank atm had no power backup, but the amount had already been debited from my sbi account, now the actual problem arises, the canara bank and sbi are blaming each other and making me to run pillar to post, what kind of service is this...
