Canara Bank
ATM - No withdrawl but A/c was debited

Sir / Madam,

This is to inform I, Mr. Sanjeev Bhatia used my ATM card to withdraw cash from Canara bank dates 21-08-09 at East Patel Nagar, New Delhi. The transaction was declined due to some software failure

However in the statement of my Account, it shows the amount of Rs. 2500/- as withdrawn. I did this to just check if the transaction was completed or not.

Regarding this i have already submitted a letter with enclosed receipt to the Branch manager of

Canara bank, East Patel Nagar branch. but still my account has not been credited with the amount.
