Canara Bank
ATM Cash withdrawal

I had withdrawn cash from ATM of Canara Bank at Mumbai central Railwaystation on 01-09-09. but surprisingly ATM Machin has not dispened cash and my a/c get debited by Rs.15000/-.

I filed complained with my Bank of India (my a/c is with BOI) on 04-09-09 vide transaction No. 040909DATA8754 but till date i have not received my money back and BOI is saying you have to followup with Canara Bank and Canara Bank is not cooperating.
