Double debit - ATM operation

Sir,

On 16.05.2009 at 20:16:07 i used my ATM cum Debit card (Issued by Canra Bank Br -BEL, Indl Area Panchkula (Haryana bearing No 549759302600482) at Allahabad Bank ATM Terminal -ALBN 193401, for withdrawing Rs -but in result i got Rs - and my a/c No : 3026.101.1984 Debited with Rs 4000/- (Rs -Debited Twice). I raised the issue with the Canra Bank Branch also reminded a number of Times but sorry to say no result.

Kindly look into the matter and advise.
