Not got the ATM card

Sir,

this complaint is for my friend mr. M.Dharman. he had taken an account from canara bank, sethamangalam branch, tamil nadu, with the account number:26611 on 20/01/10. that time manager told that the ATM card will get within 1 month to specified address. but up to this time he didn, t got his ATM card.so, please do the needful to get the ATM card as soon as possible.for any clarification, contact no:09809765291, to mr.
