I would like state that changing of emblem will never change the behavior of the person. uneducated people are thousand times better than educated people.
Canara Bank should educate their employees how to handle the customers in proper way. First ridiculous answering, no proper guidance, insufficient staff, not working of pass book data machine there so many difficulties facing with our Dilsukh Nagar branch, Hyderabad, India.
I was maintaining a savings bank with canara bank since last 20years. I observed most of the customers are not satisfying with the service providing by canara bank, Dilsukh nagar Branch.
Hence I request your higher officials please first change your minds not emblems.
