Hi

The complaint is about the service against the canara bank (santacruz branch (w).

tha bank starts at 8:30am but the staff is not avalable till 9:15, customer have to wait 15 to 20 minute to withdraw the cash.

The complaint has been raise 2 time to the bank manager, but no action was taken.
