Cancellation of Car with AI Auto Pvt. Ltd
Non-receipt of receipt of cancellation from AI Auto Pvt. Ltd

SIr, I had booked a vehicle with AI Auto Pvt. Ltd. Saki Naka 3, 4, 5 Town Centre, Andheri Kurla Road, Sakinaka, Andheri (E), Mumbai 400 059 Tel: No.67722222. Due to reasons created by the sales personnel by confusing me by offering me car of 2008 model. I canceled the car as per rules of the dealer. and refund was given after deducting 2% of which no official receipt is offered till date and neither email is answered or telephone is avoided. The details of payment are as under:-

Receipt No.3821 dated 20.4.09 vide cheque No.821823 dated 20.4.09. State Bank of India, Powai Branch. Refund received on 13.5.09 after deducting 2% of ex-showroom cost i.e. Rs.376597/- 2% amounts to = Rs.7532/- of which receipt denied by the dealer politely. some time they say we will give letter giving details but not receipt. I hope necessary action shall be initiated
