Non deleivery of international parcel

Sir, I purchased an input card for my computer on ebay from Australia. It was despatched by Australia post by registered post international on 30th June. Booking receipt no. is RP000532843AU, I have not received it till 15th July. Local post office showed helplessness about finding its whereabouts. I inquired with the sender and he informed me that the parcel landed in India on 3rd July. I dont know why it should take so many days to travel to pune.please help me.
