SUB: BAD &BITTER EXPERINCE FROM YOUR AUTHORISED DEALER & YOUR EMPYLOEE NAMED MR DIPAK

DEAR SIR, I WOULD LIKE TO DRAW YOUR KIND ATTENTION THAT I HAVE TAKEN NEW SIM CARD FROM UNINOR AUTHORISED SHOP AT MEHSANA WHERE YOUR EMPYLOEE IS A MR DIPAK, & OWNER MR RAJU PATEL, DATED 22/08 MY MOBILE NO IS 8401402635, TO GET NEW SIM CARD I HAVE GIVEN 1PHOTO, I PROOF, DRIVING LIECENCE, AFTER GIVING THEY ISSUED NEW SIM CARD,

BEFORE TWO DAYS I RECIVED CALL FROM UNINOR AUTHORISED DEALER, TO GET XEROX OF I PROOF & I DENTY PROOF ONCE AGAIN, I ASKED TO AUTHORISED DEALER & EMPYLOEE WHY ARE ASKING ONCE AGAIN AT THAT TIME THEY REPLIED YOUR DOCUMENT'S XEROX WAS UNREADABLE & PUT IN CUSTODY

AS PER THEIR RULE I GAVE ONCE AGAIN XEROX TO DEALER, HE ONCE AGAIN ASKED MY PHOTO, I COUNTER QUESTIONED MY PHOTO IS NOT VISIBLE?

HE GAVE ME THERAT TO ME IF YOU DONT GIVE PHOTO YOUR SIM CARD WILL BE FREEZED AS PER RECIVED EMAIL FROM HIGHER UP OF UNINOR,

I REQUESTED TO EMPLYOEE & AUTHORISED DEALER TO SEE YOUR EMAIL WHICH WAS SENT BY UNINOR PEOPLE, NEITHER SHOWN THIS EMAIL NOR GIVEN HARD COPY TO ME & TOLD THIS IS CONFIDENTIAN MATTER,

I GOT LOT OF INCONVINENCE FROM UNINOR SHOP & GOT RUDE BEHAVIOUR FROM YOUR STAFF

LOOK AT ABOVE MENTIONED MATTER I ASKED MY MONEY BACK HE REPLIED THAT WE WILL NOT GIVE MONEY BACK BUT WE WILL STOP YOUR SIM

I SHOCKED WITH UNINOR STAFF BECAUSE THEY DEMANDED DIFFRENT THINGS IN EACH TURN

EARLIER I WANTED TO ASSOCIATE WITH UNINOR AS A CUSTOMER FOR THAT I TURNED UP MANY TIME TO FULFIL THEIR NESECITY IN MY HECTIC SCHDUELE BUT THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN SATISFACTORY ANSWER & GIVEN ARROGANT ANSWER "O.K.", AS YOU WISH ETC., I FELT I HAVE BEEN TREATED AS A ANIMAL

I HAVE RAISED MANY QUESTION IN MY MIND WHICH ARE AS FOLLOWS

1, IF MY DOCUMENT WAS UN READABLE WHY THEY HAVE NOT CHECKED PROPERLY DURING ISSUE SIM CARD

2, MY PHOTO WAS IN GOOD CONDITION, WHY THEY HAVE ASKED ONCE AGAIN,

3, WHY THEY HAVE ASKED DIFFRENT DOCUMENT ON DIFFRENT TURN IN STEAD OF AT A STAT

4, EVERY THING HAS TO PROVIDE BY CUSTOMER THERE IS NO ACCOUNTABILITY FROM UNINOR

5, WHY YOU HAVE NOT GIVEN HARD COPY OF YOUR EMAIL WHICH CONTAIN REJECTION OF MY SIM CARD

AFTER GOT UNINOR SIM CARD I GOT SHEER INJUSTICE & MENTALLY DISTURBANCE IN TERMS OF ATTITUDE, BEHAVIOUR, SERVICE FROM UNINOR

I TOOK NEW SIM CARD WHICH IS COSTING RS 100/ - BUT I HAVE MADE HUGE LOSS TO COMPLETE YOUR FORMALITY
