To whom it may concern

Hi,

My name is Hafizuddin Ansari from Howrah. I am trying to change my current mobile service provider to Uninor. Presently I am using Airtel and my mobile number is 9831713227. From the last 45 days I am trying for number portability to switch my mobile number from Airtel to Uninor. For this I sent an SMS for PORT number and then submitted the necessary documents to Uninor.

After two weeks Uninor replied that Airtel is not realeasing the number due to some technical errors. When I approached to Airtel customer service then they replied that everything from their end is OK and there is some fault from Uninor. I contacted Uninor and they said that they are OK from their side. Later after lot of request Uninor asked me to re-submit the application. As per their request, I have submitted the documents again. But later I got the same response.

Uninor again said that it is the fault of Airtel and when contacting Airtel then they are saying that its Uninor fault. Later I visited Airtel Service Centre in Howrah Dobson Road and they said that it is TRAI who is not allowing me for number portability.

Please suggest whom should I go and what should I do to solve this problem as soon as possible.
